Laura Kennedy, PT, DPT is a senior physical therapist at Duke Health. She is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, as well as a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and PWR!Moves Certified Therapist. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Duke University and a neurologic physical therapy residency through the Medical University of South Carolina. Laura is co-coordinator and a mentor for Duke’s Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency. She has a background in inpatient rehabilitation, but currently practices in an outpatient setting with a focus on neurologic conditions, geriatrics and aquatics. She is also involved in multi-disciplinary clinics for ALS and concussion.
