Deana Daneau, MOT, OTR/L, CNS is a member of the acute care occupational therapy team at DUH since 2007, Deana continues to lead as the primary OT for the cardiology service.  Deana is passionate about holistic care including the health literacy, social support, and mental health components that affect the ability to manage illness and in turn, quality of life. Deana has presented posters at past national AOTA conferences on topics such as intimacy with an LVAD,  cognitive behavioral therapy techniques utilized by the OT in acute care, and the acute and critical care occupational therapy fellowship program for which she is a mentor.
