This is a Project Management Institute (PMI) North Carolina Chapter event that may be of interest to the Duke Community.

Abstract: Imposter Syndrome is so common that over 70% of people are dogged by feelings of being a fraud. And those feelings affect how we behave. New roles and responsibilities, a change in organization, and promotions bring the fear of being found out, the need to be perfect, and holding back in meetings.
