What is Project Management?
According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), project management is “the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet requirements of a particular project.” Designed to facilitate delivery of project objectives within allocated time and resources, project management is used successfully in many settings, including in the military, government, private industry, academia, and research.
