Intravital microscopes are available in MSRB1 rm 239 (Axioobserver.Z1) and MSRB1 rm 296 (Zeiss). Both are equiped with liquid crystal tunable filters for hyperspectral imaging and quantification of hemoglobin oxygen saturation or spectral unmixing of fluorescence spectra. The AxioObserver also has a QuadView filter for simultaneous acquisition of four emission channel at the same time, as well as an Apotome structured illumination module for depth sectioned imaging. An example functional imaging sequence acquired from a dorsal skin fold window chamber is shown below, showing the bright field transmission image sequence (upper left), hemoglobin saturation (lower left), flow direction (upper right), and speed mapping (lower right).
