The Geometry of Redistricting workshop at Duke will have two components: a two-day public conference (Thursday and Friday, November 2-3) and a weekend component with specialized sessions (Saturday and Sunday, November 4-5). Weekend participants will be selected by an application process for teacher training, expert witness training, and a GIS/coding hackathon.
This workshop is collaboratively organized by Jonathan Mattingly at Duke and the Boston-based Metric Geometry and Gerrymandering Group.
