I was able to attend the World Maker Faire this year in NYC. It was an excellent and well attended event. As one might imagine there was a focus on 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, CNC routing and other fabrication technologies. We say products from brand new start-ups to seasoned industry veterans like Durham’s own ShopBot. We also saw highlights from many famous projects including the 3D printed electric car. I was able to take my camera and my new 17-40mm along for the ride, take a look at just a few of the things I was able to see.
