This intro course will show you why you should be using Google Analytics and how you can use it to improve your marketing and communications strategies. In two two-hour sessions, you’ll learn how the tool works, how to understand, identify and report on key metrics, and how to turn this data into actions that help shape strategies, inform decisions, and get results. Participants should bring a laptop and have access to a Google Analytics account, if possible – although these are not required.
