Already Enrolled?

We want to make sure your samples are great!

Please follow these instructions:

  1.  Keep your sample frozen the whole time – from collection to delivery!
  2.  No pee, please.  Just the poop.
  3.  Please do not leave your sample outside and then plan to call us for pickup. We might not be able to schedule the pickup in time to keep the sample good.
  4. If we have you have you on our schedule then it is okay to leave outside for pickup.
  5. Once your sample pickup has been scheduled – if you need to change – please call us and give as much as much notice as possible.  If possible, please give us at least 8 hours to arrange a new pickup time.
  6. If you still need help deciding what to do, please contact someone on the team!
