OutLaw is an affinity group for 2SLGBTQIA+ students & allies at Duke University School of Law
OutLaw’s mission is to support the 2SLGBTQIA+ students of Duke Law and to advance the overall interests of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community within the Duke community. OutLaw seeks to accomplish this mission through workshops, lunch talks, social gatherings, and wider engagement and collaboration with other Duke Law student groups and the wider Duke community.
OUR GOALS:
1) Advancing the professional careers of our members;
2) Building our community within and outside the law school;
3) Increasing 2SLGBTQIA+ representation at the law school; and
4) Promoting the study of legal issues affecting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
All registered Duke University School of Law students in good standing are eligible for membership.
