Registering on the Indico site is not required nor is Indico registration sufficient to attend the conference.

Registration fees may be paid by credit card online through Duke conference services here.

On-site registration

Conference attendees may instead register onsite with an in-person cash payment of the registration fee. Those paying cash will be given the early registration rate. To inform us that you intend to register in-person and to provide information that will speedup the in-person registration process, please complete the pre-registration form here.

Conference fees

The conference registration fee includes all lunches on site, a conference dinner, a reception during poster viewing, and a conference banquet—but not the Durham Bulls game outing.

Early registration, by August 4th

• Faculty and Researchers: $700
• Students and Postdocs: $400
• Retired: $400

Regular, after August 4th

• Faculty and Researchers: $800
• Students and Postdocs: $500
• Retired: $500

Special activities fee for

• Conference Banquet: $55 per additional guest
• Dinner: $40 per additional guest
• Durham Bulls Game: $35 per ticket, food is included
