Ivan serves as the faculty advisor for the ECS Research Triangle Student Chapter. The ECS Research Triangle Student Chapter brings together the electrochemical communities at Duke University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill promoting collaboration and community between the Universities, along with serving as a venue for career development in electrochemical fields. Our chapter consist of graduate students across both universities and multiple departments all with a shared interest in electrochemistry. We aim to host seminars with speakers working in electrochemical careers and social events to meet other aspiring scientists in related fields.
