Thanh was an amazing help in assisting with vancomycin levels for an outpatient on ambulatory vancomycin. In spite of the patient being administered this outside of Duke, she went above and beyond this, she took the time to go through the levels, contacting the patient directly and providing the ID team a well thought out and informative response also in a very timely and efficient manner without hesitation. Her professionalism and dedication to her work is commendable.
