Some consumers who attempted to enroll in a Health Care Marketplace plan before the December 15, 2019 deadline were unable to do so because of website glitches on HealthCare.gov. Therefore, CMS has extended the deadline. Consumers now have until 3:00AM EST December 18 to enroll in a plan with coverage starting January 1, 2020.
