Trainees

Duke’s T32 institutional training grant is a critical mechanism for providing dedicated research training to MD, PhD and MD/PhD trainees with an interest in hematology and transfusion medicine. The goals of the program are to provide a robust training environment that allows trainees, regardless of research background, to establish a solid foundation for a future academic career.  We achieve these goals by equipping novice researchers with necessary skill sets to develop a research portfolio, while providing experienced researchers opportunities to contribute and advance disease-based research programs.
