Who We Are

Rhea Phillip

Co-President

Rhea.philip@duke.edu

Hey there, my name is Rhea Philip, born in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and raised to Canada when I was 13. Of Indian descent, the interweaving of these three countries is a significant part of my story today. Serving AWIB as a co-president along with Kelsey is a great pleasure of mine and have been always involved in the professional women’s network, empowering women in the corporate environment. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching dramas, and diving into the latest tech developments.

Kelsey Worsham

Co-President

Kelsey.worsham@duke.edu

Hi, I’m Kelsey! When I applied to Fuqua, I hoped that contributing to the Association of Women in Business would be a big part of my business school experience. It is an honor to now serve as AWIB’s co-president with Rhea, who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing since day one of school! (We’re both proud members of section six.) When I’m not at Fuqua, you can find me researching Women’s Health (interested in FemTech? Email me!!), spending time with my partner and our beloved dog Charlotte or curled up with a good book on the couch.

A Letter from Our Co-Presidents

The Association of Women in Business (AWIB) was established to support all individuals that identify as women in our Fuqua community. Together, Kelsey and I aim to create an inclusive, welcoming space for women+, one that catalyzes career growth, fosters an environment for forming meaningful friendships, and equips women+ of all identities with the tools to thrive at Fuqua and beyond.

We are proud and excited to lead AWIB in the 2024-2025 school year and hope you will join us in furthering our mission.

Warmly,

Rhea Philip and Kelsey Worsham
