Disability Accommodations

Disability Accommodation: Students with disabilities seeking special accommodations must contact the Student Disability Access Office (SDAO) to obtain appropriate support.  I must receive a letter of accommodation for you from the Duke SDAO office.

Exams (SDAO accommodations): If you are eligible to receive SDAO accommodations for exams, you MUST make reservations at the Duke Testing Center to take your exam.  Exams MUST be scheduled there and taken within 48 hours of the time and date the exam is administered in class to the other students. Please check the dates provided for our exams on the lecture schedule now and make reservations with the testing center for those dates right now (during the first week of the semester).   Space is limited and some dates fill up quickly, so do not wait.    If you are unable to schedule an appointment with them within the 48 hour window, please contact the instructor.

Remember that despite the fact that you might be taking the exam on a day different from the rest of the students, review quiz dates DO NOT CHANGE.  You are not eligible to get extra time on review quizzes to match the date of your exam.  ALL review quizzes are due the night before the exam is given in class.
