The following is our typical weekly practice schedule. We don’t take attendance; you may attend however many practices you can manage. One or more of our coaches are often present at Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday practices to help with technique and give useful tips. On days off or with unscheduled practice times, we often use a group message to coordinate joint workouts if desired. Please email the officers to be added to the group messages.
If you are new and thinking about joining the club, feel free to show up at any of these practices!
Monday:
Swim practice, Taishoff Pool (in Wilson Gym), on your own time
Tuesday:
Track Workout, Morris Williams Track, 6:00 AM
Wednesday:
Swim practice, Taishoff Pool (in Wilson Gym), 7-8PM OR 8-9PM (per Duke’s COVID policy)
Thursday:
Track or Brick (bike+run) Workout, Front of Wilson Gym, 6:30 PM
Friday:
Swim practice or recovery day, on your own time
Saturday:
Endurance ride, Front of Wilson Gym, time to be determined (typically 9:00 AM).
Sunday:
Long run or rest day, your choice
