A global site license for SpinRite software has been acquired by OIT. The software is centrally funded and distributed at no cost to all Duke students and employees. There are no restrictions on location or computers except that the computers must be used for Duke purposes.

By providing both preventive maintenance and data recovery, this single utility is everything most people will ever need to maintain the health of their disk drives and the safety of their data.”
