Here is a link to the hotfix that will allow SAS Simulation Studio 1.5 to work with JMP 9. Please visit http://support.sas.com/kb/41/079.html for information about the error as well as the fix.
To get the fix, click on the Hot Fix tab. That tab will have another link to click on which will take you to a page containing the documentation and link to implement the hotfix.
