Katie is the current lab manager and research technician for the Sipkins lab. She joined the lab in May 2021 immediately following her graduation from Duke University with a BA in Cultural Anthropology and minors in Biology and Chemistry. During undergrad, she conducted research on plant immunology with the Dong Lab at Duke. Katie is currently applying to medical school.
