Direct Deposit
- Wednesday, August 20, 2025 – The end of business day on 8/20 is the deadline to set up your direct deposit for non-comp payments. To set up you direct deposit in Duke Hub, please visit the Financials tab in DukeHub to add or manage your direct deposit information.
Duke Card
- Tuesday, July 1, 2025 – Deadline to submit photo for ID card. Please note that any emails regarding approval or rejection of the photo will go only to your Duke email address, so be sure to check it regularly. Claudia will distribute the ID cards during PCB orientation.
