The Persian classes of Fattaneh Vali Naeymi-Rad at Duke University, to better understand Iranians and to practice the Persian language, undertook a video interview project. This project involved interviewing Iranian refugee and asylum seekers who had to escape Iran for various reasons. The interviews were conducted completely in Persian, with rare exceptions for clarifications.
