On Monday, September 15, 2014, the Orthopaedic Appointment Hub had a record volume of 1,170 calls with an abandon rate of 5.7%.  The goal for the appointment hub is 6% or less.  After reviewing these numbers, Mike Gagnon challenged the hub to maintain a 4.9% abandon rate or less for the next 30 days.  If the appointment hub was able to meet this challenge, Mike and John Bonini agreed to wear their hair BLUE!  The hub had some close calls, but was able to meet the challenge!

Congratulations on a job well done in meeting an abandon rate of less than 5%!
