CITI + IRB Info

With project development, it is important to make note of all members who make a contribution to your project and their role and scope. Two defining fields are development stakeholders and implementation stakeholders.

  • Development Stakeholders
  • Implementation Stakeholders

Once you identify the stakeholders, if they are helping you collect data by accessing patient medical records, asking them to complete surveys, or getting staff to participate in a survey, they will need to be listed as Key Personnel. For this to occur we will need the project to undergo leadership approval and IRB determinations. We will be happy to help make some of these decisions and guide you in completing these forms by putting in a Project Consultation Request.
