The Poster and Demo Session will be held on both days October 16 (16:30-18:00) and October 17 (12:30-14:00).  Please note, only current CSR awardees may present at the Poster Session. You may sign up for one day only as space is limited.

Here are some guidelines to guide you in the preparation of your poster.

Poster Space: We will provide each presenter with a posterboard stand and clips to place your poster on during the session.

• A sample template with the NSF logo is attached. CSR template_postersession36x48
• Suggested size is 36” x 48”
• If using PowerPoint, under Design-Slide Size-Custom-put in the Width and Height of your final poster
• The set-up time starts one hour before the session begins.
• Posters may be presented by PIs or their students.
• For printing services near Duke, you can use The UPS Store 811 9th St Ste 120, Durham, NC 27705,  (919) 286-3322. You can submit your pdf file directly to the store via email. store6135@theupsstore.com
