The poster session will take place on Thursday, November 14th.
Please hang your poster up on Thursday morning. Staff will be on site to assist. We will have even numbered posters present from 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm and odd numbered posters present from 5:15 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Your poster number will be assigned at the meeting. Please take down your poster at the conclusion of the poster session. We will be awarding 6 prizes for the top posters at the conclusion of the meeting on Friday, November 15th.
The maximum width for your poster should not exceed 48 inches.
We have partnered with PhD Posters, who will print your poster and deliver it directly to the meeting for you! Posters will be delivered to the Trent Semans Science Center (the meeting location) by 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 14th. You will not be charged a delivery fee for this service. If you would like to use PhD Posters, please follow these instructions:
All poster information must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13th. If you are unable to have the poster completed by this time, you can submit and pay a rush fee of $35 until 5:00 AM on Thursday, November 14th.
