Dr. Amy Caldwell: I stay up a lot at night thinking about how people who have no concept of other peoples’ lives and realities can feel like they have the power to make decisions that they don’t, or they shouldn’t. I mean, they do have the power, but I don’t think they should! I will say the big difference, pre-Dobbs, I wasn’t thinking as much about, “Will I lose my license? Will I need to leave the state of Indiana? What sort of liability am I potentially facing, or could face in the future?” That is definitely the starkest difference pre- and post-Dobbs.
