Anonymous M.D.: Yes. And a piece that I will add in to that is, definitely when providing these services in a state that the community is just in general less accepting of abortion, there are additional challenges in finding OR (operating room) staff and nursing staff that are supportive of offering abortion services. And so I think that in and of itself makes it more difficult. You not only have to train residents and fellows who are learning this new skill, but you also have to do some teaching to the staff to better explain why we’re doing this service and why it’s important to offer this service and still we have a lot of staff that are not supportive. And so it restricts our ability to do cases on certain days. But I think it’s extremely important, and now post-Dobbs we’re having to find rotations that our residents can do elsewhere so they can get training in order to be able to feel confident in providing the services after they graduate.
