And some of the experiences that I– I’m not going to talk about the ones that my colleagues have had– but we’ve experienced racism within the [physician] community, and race dynamics with just getting training. Being heard. Being seen. I think those things, as complicated as they are, they’re important to name. It’s also important for the people that do hold power [within the medical community] to hear it, and to sit with it.
