Suzanne greets every single patient with kindness, and grace. No matter what the situation is she remains calm & professional, always encouraging others and setting the example we should all follow. I don’t work in Administration, but I can assure you, without her patience and expertise, Duke wouldn’t be the same and our patients wouldn’t receive the same care.
