Sam is a spec ops analyst in Duke IT Security. When my email reporting feature bugged out after the recent security update, Sam went out of his way to help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He explained possible causes, provided instructions on potential fixes, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Despite his primary focus being on the Duke University side of IT security, Sam went above and beyond to assist me, an employee on the Duke Health System side. I truly appreciate Sam’s patience and problem-solving spirit and wanted to give kudos in a public forum!
