This young woman really impressed me with her patience and compassion for not only me for everyone she comes in contact with. I have watched this young woman with other peers and she’s always the same with everyone. Don’t get me wrong she means business when it comes to processing of samples although she doesn’t mind taking the time to help others which makes me excited to work with her on a daily basis. I am so happy to have her as my PIC. When she’s not at work she’s truly missed. She even works overtime to keep our lab running smooth – that alone is worth recognizing her.
