Ron is easy to work with and is open to new ideas and approaches to optimize SQL queries. Our team is not familiar with the data sets of the source and he was always willing to share his techniques to improve the performance. He has been supportive to make changes to the SQL scripts and implement in production. These SQL scripts would have taken several days or even months for us to develop/make enhancements.
