I had the pleasure of meeting Quincy Garbutt, IT Manager, last week. I am a new hire and as such, Quincy was extremely thorough in his set-up of my laptop and workstation, answered all of my questions in a very professional manner (and in layman’s terms), and ensured I had an informed foundation regarding computing and IT at Duke. He is a wealth of knowledge, very customer service focused, and provides follow-up with the patience of a saint! Thank you, Quincy, for helping me put my best foot forward on day one!
