Natalie always says yes when I ask for her help, she offers a hand before being asked, and she comes up with strategies to make our team’s workload more manageable, our services more accessible, and our programs more creative. In working to address the needs of individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers, Natalie is generous with her time, knowledgeable about resources, skilled in helping families navigate dementia challenges, and is an extremely compassionate listener. She’s the social worker colleagues want on their team, who families appreciate, and who represents the Duke Dementia Family Support Program beautifully.
