Molly is a Clinical Social Worker at DPC Durham Peds. For the past two years, I’ve always heard how patients love her and never want to leave! She makes therapy fun, effective, and transformative. She finds time in her busy schedule to train and mentor new colleagues and although she is at our busiest site, she is always willing to overbook her schedule to ensure access for safety visits or urgent needs. Her ideas are innovative, and she is action-oriented which has supported the creation of our workflows not just Durham Peds, but all of our DPC Pediatric Clinics. She is a critical thinker and resourceful and a master at supporting our referral system. Lastly, she is an advocate for patients and employees ensuring the needs of both parties are heard and met.
Molly is the definition of a Change Agent and I can’t imagine this program without her!
