Mieko has consistently gone above and beyond in her role, contributing not only to the success of our programs and initiatives, but also to the morale and development of our team. Her attention to detail, tireless work behind the scenes, and commitment to excellence have been vital to the smooth operation of our division. On a more personal note, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mieko for being such an outstanding mentor. Her guidance, support, and willingness to share her knowledge have made a profound impact on my professional growth. She leads with compassion, patience, and strength—qualities that make her not only a valued colleague, but also a true role model.
