Michelle has been with Clinic 2B/2C for many years & knows all the ins & outs of how this busy complex clinic runs. She always stays on top of Jabber messages to make sure communication with nursing staff is timely & complete. She is detail oriented & makes sure that patients get to labs, x-ray, EKG, etc after their appts, even if she isn’t the person who initially worked with that patient. She will go behind other staff for the whole clinic to make sure all these details have been addressed. This is particularly important since many of our patients are fresh transplant patients or have had traumatic wounds/injuries from various incidents. Their very lives can depend on making sure all these tests are done as ordered. Thank you, Michelle!!
