Meghan serves as the Administrative Assistance for Residence Life within Student Affairs. Meghan is a rock star in so many ways and consistently has gone above and beyond to support our team and the student experience. Meghan has a keen eye on ways to help our department run more efficiently through our meeting cadences and processes. She has taken time to learn the various Duke Software platforms like Kuali and other AI products to help us reimagine processes not just for efficiency but in a manner to help us easily pull data to better be able to tell our story and that of the student experience. Meghan also oversees student HR processes and tries to identify gaps or barriers in our processes to address more equitable approaches to how we manage processes. Meghan is always ready to give a helping hand and be a collaborative team member across the division and we are so excited to share these brief words about our experience with her.
