Max assists the Multi-D lab with our MACs for use in the deidentification and redaction of radiology images. He is always sincere and authentic in his interactions with me. He provides tips and tricks on how to navigate the PC–> MAC world and offers genuine help. He is quick to respond to requests and easily available to answer a question. I appreciate his dedication to finding solutions and working with our team to better use our Duke resources. I know when Max is on the case we’re in good hands.
