Mary is a resourceful and hard-working colleague. One of the things I most appreciate about her is the way she is always looking for ways to make work and our work relationships better. For example, she recently took initiative to help build a community for staff members in our unit who perform the Transaction Initiator (TI) role, making it easier for them to trouble shoot together, provide mutual support, and work collaboratively with our finance team.
