Loretta Ball helped me and the DHCH Referral Center team by covering 3 essential roles at once. How she was able to balance the work of 3 is a mystery. All this during the busy holiday season and while managing the care for her mother and her late aunt’s estate. Her resolve and commitment to our patients their loved ones and each other is a true example of living the Duke Values. Thank you, Loretta, for all that you do!
