Kim is the administrative coordinator for The Kenan Institute for Ethics and so much more. Daily, Ms. Dorman manages staff, faculty, and more through her consistent, timely updates, coordination of multiple schedules, and crisis management skills. Most recently, she has been coordinating and managing KIE’s response to the flooding of East Duke’s West Duke Building. She has managed this minor crisis with poise and grace.
