Kimberly went above and beyond in assisting me with my outside audit this year. When we were having difficulty finding information, she took the time to do a team video chat to look for the information together. This enabled each of us to understand the patient chart view from the others perceptive. It made obtaining the information and completing the needed audit forms quicker ensuring completion within the timeframe given by the audit company.
