I was a soon to be new employee. I moved to Angier NC from Ohio. I was due to close on my home and at the very last min. my lender started to request several documents on May 30. I came to Employee Health I was in tears and explained to Joy all that was going on. She looked at me smiled and told me not to worry she would get the needed information asap and she did! I want to thank her for not only being a rockstar at helping me, but I honestly felt she helped me because she truly cared. That was a very difficult time in my life at that moment. Joy was so kind, patient and understanding. She didn’t have to do all that she did for me in such a short amount of time. In today’s world meeting people like her is a true gift. She helped save me and my husband’s future on that strict timeline. We will forever be grateful for her. Meeting her also helped me feel like I chose the right place of employment and a place I wanted to be a part of and grow. I thought she doesn’t even know me, but she cared enough to do all that she did. Her name almost speaks for itself ‘JOY’! She was our saving Grace & I’ll never forget her. This was long overdue, but I wanted her to get recognized for all that she did!
