Jesse has always responded to my questions with patience and kindness. He was excellent today in assisting me in resolving a problem with my SAP program. Our IT person, Stephen Davidson, who I called, corrected the issue. When I contacted Jesse again, he shared his screen with me and guided me through the process of locating a check number. I am smiling from ear to ear!!!
