Jen is a champion at patient centered care! She facilitated the collection of notes and records for a patient who’s care was outside of Duke that was vital to the ongoing management/treatment at Duke. She went above and beyond by helping perform/organize a skin biopsy in an outpatient clinic that rarely performs this procedure when requested on the same day to accommodate the same patient who had travelled from afar which was vital in expediting a diagnosis and therefore ultimately treatment. Amazing
