James is the best. He warmly greats everyone, patients, families, employees as they arrive in Duke South. He helps so many patients get to the correct clinics for appointments. I look forward to seeing James when I arrive at work. He makes my day start off in the best way. He’s a great person and a wonderful Duke employee.
