Felicia works as a Patient Advocate, and it is very obvious to me how much she cares for our patients. She is genuine in her work and is always willing to go above and beyond to support our patients in every way she knows how. For example, one night she stayed late to ensure the patient received the call she was waiting for. She could have easily handed this off to nursing staff, but she felt it was important to follow through with her word, so she stayed to ensure this happened. She treats the patients as her own. After speaking with several patients that she has worked with it is obvious they feel the same way about her.
